5 things to do when you’re less focused and blank out of work.

With constant working hours, sitting at an empty desk lifts you with remaining chaos inside your mind. Have you ever tried the activities or some things for some extra fun and happy learning?

No research or studies, it’s just my learnings specifically to the productive stage at a bit crisp & crunch. These might be more efficient than the actual work I do.

If these doings work out for anyone of you, then it will surely prove to me;

Here are my five hiding gems I love to spend time with:-

· Paint on a palette

Easy to catch up with colors? I guess yes! Absolutely yes baby. If you’ve painted at least once in your lifetime then you have the most lustrous gem at your place. I am engaged in this GOAT every while, right after I complete my working schedule, it just drastically blows my mind, and makes my hair flaunt and extract off the colors with water.

I’m left so intended by my paint that not only adds to my hobby diaries but also increases my focus on respecting my work and deadlines.

You too should paint to get attracted by the norm of focus & drive up your capability.

Take out your paintbrush and colorful sheet & start spreading your colors.

· Weave your diary

Huh! You’ve heard it quite times, my very intuition with diary is mmmm…… you have heard about “Anne Frank” & her famous existential book “Diary of a young girl” which has changed so many lives. Well, I’ll not dive deep inside that book’s pages. It was just a context.

“Writing is very artistic”. This term makes me so happy when I write about writing itself. Personal diaries are like best friends for life. I guarantee that if you are alone and avoid huge gatherings you must write& put out your thoughts about how you feel as a “personal soul”.

Or you have so many situations to write about. When it is a diary it’s not content anymore, but all expressions, feelings, and your lifelong journals. I love writing rants, scribbles, and poetry with what I connect to.

From the day I started penning down, it has dropped me to the wonders of words, which blossoms butterflies, love, sunflowers, scrunchies, and soft down makeups. All have entered into my vocal, veins, and pen.

I would highly recommend you write at least a page to spend your empties with your soul.

· Discuss the family out

When was the last time you sat down with your family members at a dinner table or weekly couch? Not remembering? Family discussions on what the home should be like, how our budget cracked off this time, or about some random things … are always so holistic and satisfying.

I too have such a family environment that must be legit at least in every house. During your work when you have taken a break and feel numb it could be not the same as I said like everybody should be there (the whole family). It’s not necessary and even possible at the same time.

But for filling your empty crazy shit, whomever you possibly have can appear to be with you and talk fluently.

You may get some more ideas for the work and a cure for boredom.

· Physical exercise

“You’ve sat for so long on a chair now get up and start exercising for a flexible shape”.

Exercises are often said to be executed in the morning but it’s even good when you took long hours of sitting and now you just desperately need to get up and prepare for a walk at least. This not only sweeps your boredom away but too for your health benefit.

Some short-pit workouts in busy times here below:-

o Squats

o Walking

o Jumping jacks

o Side hops

o Toes touch

(Brief descriptions of these above exercises are not needed here as this article is about filling up your breaks)

So, where we were? Yea, exercising. You can include such crispy workouts to easily focus on both your time and body.

Even when you meditate for 5–10 minutes so it will make up your mind fresh and free from any kind of thoughts.

· Turn on the music and dance!

Boredom breaks and life needs some tunes, lyrics, and fun too, which can only be possible with music and dance. I have so much to say about music that “how it can make anybody’s life “rhythmic” well, it has another significance for me and my life.

But those things apart, this personally hits me whenever I get boredom as it happens so frequently, I plugin’ the earpods, select the songs and start dancing. It increases the level of dopamine and serotonin and makes you dream like flying in the sky.

Let the music and your body moves go high and calm you to the fullest.

Breaks are sometimes like not doing anything for others and that’s fine but covering it with something you love or a task that is quite fanatic is preferable. So, have it.
