What you like to eat; decides the shape of the dish

Evolving from a tribe who have had been growing as human beings, we’ve grown so much in food culture too, right? But what if, when you start to have meals according to the shapes and color preferences, see this write-up is not related to any health and foods? I’m here “speaking my brain out" cause I’ve seen it in myself.

I meant suppose when you are to eat something at the time of your hunger, you generally choose to eat according to the sexiest shape of the dish, hahaha! Ain’t that weird? But it happens in the verse of a kid like “momma, I don’t wanna eat this or that cause the shape and even the color is not appropriate for me. Earlier it happened to me too in the case of bitter gourd and pumpkin it was a lil sued for me to touch but vegetables are healthy and good for health so as a grown-up I started eating them and later became my favorite veg to have in meals often.

Let’s get some veggies. Most people stay away from, mmm… they are Red cabbage, bitter gourd, bottled ground, capsicums, and reddish though reddish is really very good, eating so much makes another frozen era inside the mouth.

Okay then, shapes aside but these are containing lots and lots of nutrients to maintain your body health and good weight, there needs to go deep down to know their benefits, growth, and warrior for so many chronic diseases help you make a blockage for bad acne and your sebaceous gland to provide sweaty mess.

Getting rids

IDK why, but moving out from such a habit is hard, and it’s really nothing but an assumption of food to eat in order to get some fetish about shapes and sizes and colors which was an early node now slowly should be burnt out. There is a Bam thing to eat out the best to best and bad to bad (hey! No junks and no shapes observing) eat quickly, your mother is commanding. Throwing inside the dustbin will be undoubtedly the worst thing, so try to know the importance of what food has given to you as a whole.

Your meal should be a balanced meal of accurate nutrients in the way to be fit and healthy green life, hey! When you add so many nutrients means you have added so many colors to your plate with all the healthy herbs which contribute so much to your health.

See, still, I’m just on my way to the protagonist of this article.

Now I’m very conscious and concerned about my health that I don’t see such instead started loving more greens to act green and goin’ green. Since today is world environment day wish y’all very happy and reminding world environment day. May you take care of the earth the biggest asset.
